Knights want fans to BRING THE NOISE!
York City Knights vs Bradford Bulls on Sunday 21st July is a huge game in the battle for the 2019 Betfred Championship playoffs.
With a move to the new stadium on the horizon, we are looking to leave Bootham Crescent in style in the remaining two home league fixtures.
And with that in mind, York City Knights are delighted to announce that ALL 2019 and 2020 season ticket holders will be eligible for TWO complimentary tickets to the Bradford game, so they can bring the noise!
The Knights’ recent rivalry with former Super League and World Club Champions Bradford Bulls has produced some memorable encounters over the last two seasons. The opening game of the 2018 Betfred League 1 season saw Bradford win a thriller with a last minute penalty goal in front of over four thousand fans at Bootham Crescent, before the Knights gained revenge at Odsal later that year on their way to a memorable title triumph.
York repeated that feat at Odsal in round four of the Championship back in February this year, and this fixture promises to produce yet more fireworks…
Knights Chairman Jon Flatman said: “We are committed to growing our fanbase and provide the opportunity for more fans to join the Knights community.
“We provide complimentary entrance for all Under 16’s already and this additional opportunity gives our most excellent Season Ticket Holders a chance to introduce family and friends to the match day experience. The risk with these promotions is that it simply provides free tickets to those who usually pay however I am sure our most loyal fans will use the opportunity to maximise the crowd and grow the family.
“It will be a brilliant day and I hope everyone will join us to ensure our home advantage is maximised.”
All Season ticket holders must contact the club by phone 01904876850 or email@example.com by Wed 17th July midday to register their interest.
Knights 2020 season ticket renewals are on sale now, and will be on sale at #KnightsFest2 next Tuesday evening. Prices are frozen until July 31st as we prepare for our momentous move into the brand new York Community Stadium. For more information click HERE.
