FitKnight is back with a new 4-week block of fitness fun for you to enjoy! Due to popular demand, we are delighted to announce the return of our successful health and fitness programme that has helped dozens of people achieve their goal of leading a healthier lifestyle over the last five years. The programme consists of a once-a-week session, online support, a home workout programme, and handouts to look at in your own time. FitKnight is designed to provide you with a little extra support on your journey of self-betterment and to allow people to reach their own goals together.
The state-of-the-art facility offers an ideal setting to host these sessions. With a variety of equipment available, we aim to make exercising more enjoyable! The sessions aim to help a wide range of people with regards to their past training experience and current fitness levels.
Our new expert practitioner and York City Knights first team player, Sam Davis, will take charge of the sessions and tailor them to support your individual needs. The sessions offer a space to share hints & tips on improving health and well-being. The programme runs in blocks of 4 weeks, aiming to gradually build on each week and provide a safe and welcoming environment. It doesn’t matter if you lack a little confidence around your health or fitness, or if you consider yourself a novice in the gym, FitKnight is all about encouraging everyone and anyone to have fun and feel better for it!
