The club has a mission to be ‘York’s Premier Sporting Club, on and off the field’
We are led by our values of Integrity, Partnerships, Vibrancy and Competitiveness.
Our 3 year aim is to achieve the following:
- A Championship Club with an exciting squad of good people who strive to fulfil their potential and enhance the Sport of Rugby League.
- A sustainable, growing financial model which respects good business practice and contributes positively to the local and regional economy through valuing all stakeholders.
- A workforce off the field which maximises social capital and adds value to the lives of the people within York and the North Yorkshire region by promoting the club values.
- A Talent Development pathway which allows potential of young people to be fulfilled and success rewarded. We recognise and promote individuals who further their personal development through team working
The club is strategically significant to our local population and the the wider community. The potential for growth of our Sport in the city and region is vast. I would urge everyone to join us on a journey and more importantly lets enjoy the journey and make this club one which it is fun to be a part of!
